How does the donation process work?

After each purchase, we calculate the profit and donate 50% to the charity you selected at checkout. At the end of every month, we total up the donations and send them to our partner charities. You'll also receive an email confirming how much of your order will be donated — so you know exactly how your purchase is making a difference.

Why would someone buy from Contollo instead of donating directly to a charity?

Which charities does Contollo work alongside?

Can I return or exchange an item?

Due to our donation model, we don’t offer refunds. However, if you receive an item that’s damaged, incorrect, or you’d like to exchange it, we’ve got you covered. Just reach out via our Contact page, and our team will respond within 48 hours to help sort it out.

How do I join the Contollo community?

Becoming part of the Contollo community is easy — just make a purchase and follow the steps in your confirmation email to join our online space. You can also connect with others through our Facebook page and be part of the ongoing conversation and support network.

How long is the shipping time?

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but you can typically expect your order within 3–7 working days (UK) or 7–14 working days (international). You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on its way.
